Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details when you place an order, book an appointment, message us on WhatsApp, or subscribe to Join The House.
- Payment information: we do not store your full M-Pesa or card details. Payments are processed securely through Safaricom (M-Pesa) and Paystack, our M-Pesa and card payment provider, who handle this data under their own security and privacy standards.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information and browsing behaviour on our Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Photos you share: if you send photos via WhatsApp (for a return, warranty claim or styling consultation), we keep these only as long as needed to resolve your request.
