Are NURA wigs real human hair?
We sell three types, and every product is clearly labelled with its type: 100% human hair, human-hair blend, and heat-resistant fibre. Human-hair units are listed under Human Hair Wigs. If you are unsure which type a unit is, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
How do I choose the right wig?

What lengths, textures and colours are available?
Most units come in 10″ to 30″ lengths, densities of 130% to 200%, textures from straight to afro curly, and colours from natural black to blonde, ombré, burgundy and 613. Each variation shows its own price and availability on the product page.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa and Visa/Mastercard (both via Paystack), bank transfer, and cash on delivery within Nairobi. See Payment Information.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day within Nairobi (order before 5:00pm), 1 to 3 business days countrywide, and and shipping abroad on request. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can I return or exchange a wig?
Unworn, unaltered units can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Worn, cut or installed units cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See Refund & Returns.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes – Lipa Mdogo Mdogo on wigs from KSh 7,000: pay a 30% deposit to reserve your wig, then the balance weekly over 2 to 4 weeks with no interest and no extra fees. Your wig is released once fully paid. See the Lipa Mdogo Mdogo Terms.
Do you install wigs?
Yes – installation, styling, colouring, revamp and repairs. See Wig Installation.
