Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across all 47 counties of Kenya. Every NURA unit is quality-checked, packed discreetly and handed to a trusted rider or courier. All prices and delivery fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Delivery options and times
- Nairobi – rider delivery: same day for orders confirmed before 5:00pm (Monday to Saturday), otherwise the next working day. Fees start from KSh 300 depending on your area.
- Outside Nairobi – bus & shuttle parcel: usually 1 to 2 working days to your town’s stage or office (for example Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Embu). You collect with your ID and the parcel code we send you.
- Outside Nairobi – courier (Fargo / G4S): 1 to 3 working days to the courier branch nearest you, or to your door where the courier offers it.
- Free pick-up: collect from our studio at Imenti House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD, Monday to Saturday.
The exact fee for your location is shown at checkout (and in our WhatsApp order form) before you pay. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders where shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1 working day of payment confirmation. We send your rider details, parcel code or courier tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Paying for delivery orders
- Nairobi: pay online (M-Pesa or card), by bank transfer, or pay the rider on delivery (M-Pesa or cash).
- Outside Nairobi: full payment is needed before dispatch, because parcels travel by bus or courier.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel when you receive it and tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong, with photos – see Returns & Refunds. If a delivery cannot be completed because the phone number is unreachable or the address is wrong, a second delivery may be charged.
Outside Kenya
We can ship to clients abroad on request. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote; shipping is quoted and paid in KES before dispatch, and any import duties or taxes in your country are paid by you.
