Wigs we revamp
- Human hair wigs: full wash, conditioning, heat styling, curls restored and colour on request.
- Human hair blend (semi-human) wigs: wash, condition and gentle styling with low heat.
- High fibre wigs: wash, detangle and refresh. We only use heat on heat-resistant fibre, at a low setting.
Signs your wig needs a revamp
- Tangling or matting at the nape
- Dryness, frizz or a dull look
- Curls that have dropped or lost their shape
- Product build-up on the hair or lace
- Shedding or a loose lace, where a re-lace may help
How it works
- Send us a photo of your wig on WhatsApp.
- We confirm the price and when to bring it in.
- Drop it at the studio, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
- We message you when it is ready to collect. Want it installed too? Book an installation for the same visit.
Keep it fresh after your revamp
- Store it on a wig stand or in a satin bag.
- Sleep in a satin bonnet or scarf.
- Use light products and avoid heavy oils near the lace.
- Book a wash and revamp every 6 to 8 weeks of regular wear.

How much does a wig revamp cost in Nairobi? At NURA Beauty, a wash and revamp starts from KSh 1,500. Styling, colouring and repairs are priced separately, and we confirm the total before we start.
Can a synthetic wig be revamped? Yes. We wash, detangle and refresh high fibre wigs. Heat styling is only for heat-resistant fibre, at a low setting.
Do you offer at-home service? Yes, for VIP clients, by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
How often should I revamp my wig? Every 6 to 8 weeks of regular wear keeps it soft, clean and easy to style.
